In 2015, Dr. Gayatri Narasimhan founded Prakramika Vocational Institute (PVI) with a vision to expand her impact globally and cater to the educational and training needs of neurodiverse children and adults. PVI is committed to providing free, certified vocational training and skill development courses, offering over 22 modules and continuously adding more, all delivered online to students worldwide.

Beyond training, PVI actively assists students in securing internships and job opportunities through collaborations with placement firms. The institute also plays a crucial role in setting up vocational centers and provides training to special educators, teachers, parents, and caregivers of neurodivergent individuals

Driven by the goal of inclusion and integration, PVI conducts awareness programs involving industry leaders and government officials. The institute strives to raise awareness about the importance of integrating the neurodiverse community into society.

Under the leadership of Dr. Gayatri, PVI has emerged as a beacon of support and empowerment for hundreds of children and young adults with special needs.
