Dr. Gayatri Narasimhan is an accomplished Special Educator, Inclusive Education specialist, and Vocational Trainer, boasting over a decade of dedicated experience in the field. In 2014, she established Prakramika Vocational Institute in Chennai with a profound vision to address the needs of children with special needs, along with providing support to their parents and caregivers. Driven by the mission to infuse purpose into the lives of these children, she has tirelessly implemented focused training programs and facilitated impactful placement efforts, bringing dignity to the lives of numerous individuals with special needs. Dr. Narasimhan firmly believes in unlocking the inherent capabilities within each person. She emphasizes the importance of tapping into their potential, providing motivation, and witnessing the remarkable abilities that emerge as a result. Her commitment to empowering individuals with special needs has been a guiding force in the impactful initiatives undertaken by Prakramika Vocational Institute.

Mrs. Akshaya Lalith Soundar

Akshaya Lalith Soundar is the Founder of Emplusive Training Center, which is committed to delivering top-notch training in both technical and non-technical domains. Her specialization lies in providing comprehensive training to neurodivergent professionals, new mothers, orphans, individuals with physical challenges, and the underprivileged, along with neurotypicals. Her educational credentials include ACCA, MBA, and a Master’s in Information Technology (Singapore) with a focus on Fintech and Data Analytics. With over 13 years of experience in the training sector, she has been honored with recognitions such as the Best Performance in Teaching and Special Educator of the Year by Educacio World.

Ms. Akhila Narasimhan

Ms. Akhila Narasimhan is the visionary founder behind Muditha Kreative Skool (MKS), a dedicated enterprise focused on nurturing artistic, creative, and design-thinking potentials in individuals with special needs. MKS is committed to uncovering the hidden creative energies within its students and guiding them towards creating unique and professional work in various art and design domains. With a current emphasis on graphic design, MKS has successfully trained approximately 40 students. The company’s collaborative efforts with its sister concern, Empact, extend to engaging neurodivergent professionals in client projects, enabling them to earn income through their valuable contributions. MKS aspires to create an accessible, inclusive, and empathetic workplace environment that warmly welcomes all individuals. The ultimate vision is to foster a mindset that appreciates the beauty of neurodiversity, promoting complementarity within the team and creating a holistic work environment.
