Prakramika Vocational Institute (PVI) Collaboration with Oman Down Syndrome Association (ODSA)
Prakramika Vocational Institute (PVI) is proud to announce a significant collaboration with the Oman Down Syndrome Association (ODSA) and Khimji Eshraqa to provide a year-long vocational training program for individuals with Down Syndrome. This initiative, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to empower students with practical skills across various fields. The training will be conducted in three phases: block printing, digital work, and candle and soap making. This program, supported by Khimji Eshraqa’s corporate social responsibility efforts, not only equips students with valuable employability skills but also boosts their confidence and independence. The products created during the training will be sold to further support ODSA’s operations, fostering an inclusive and supportive community for neurodivergent individuals.
